(Pool Party Guidelines)

*All parties must be scheduled in advance through the Aquatics Director either in
person, by phone or by email at brianevans2@bellsouth.net


WMSC Member Parties  (held during regular pool hours)

Parties during regular pool hours are for WMSC members
only:
*
No alcohol, tobacco, seafood products or seeded items (such as watermelon or
sunflower seeds are permitted.) All parties will be held at the Party Pavilion near
the beach volleyball court. (Party members are limited to their agreed upon three
hour maximum time period and then after that all guests are to be dismissed.)
No parties may be scheduled on Sundays during the month of May.

Parties with up to 15 guests (starting June 1) parties may be scheduled for
up to three hours on any day.
The discounted guest fee is $4.00 per person.

Parties with between 16-25 guests (starting June 1) parties may be
scheduled on weekdays and Saturdays after 5:00 pm.
The discounted guest fee is $4.00 per person. (Plus a $10 per hour fee for
additional life guards is applied for all parties held after 5:00.)

Private Parties  (when WMSC is closed)
WMSC members or non-members may schedule private parties on (
Fridays after
4:00 ) and (
Sundays after 6:15 ) at during the month of May.
After May 30th then on
Sundays after 6:15 and most Tuesdays after 4:00.
Parties must be scheduled at least one week in advance. A maximum of 3 hours is
permitted and all parties must be completed by 10:00 p.m.
No alcohol, tobacco, seafood products or
seeded items (such as watermelon or sunflower seeds are permitted.)

Cost: $150 per hour with a $100 refundable deposit is required for all
parties.  
Up to 75 swimming guests are allowed.  An additional fee of $5 for
each additional swimming guest over 75 is required and is payable upon
entrance.(A maximum of 100 swimming guests is permitted. )

*The $100 refundable deposit is required within 5 days of party booking to hold
reservation. The remaining balance is required
at the START of the scheduled  
party time
. Deposit refunds are given for rain outs or cancellations communicated
to WMSC within 7 days of the scheduled party.

Mail $100 deposits to: W.M.S.C. 7571 Branchwwod Dr. Mobile, Al. 36695 or
bring them by the club.

* Party givers are allowed to begin set up (no sooner than)15 minutes before the
agreed scheduled party starting time. Party givers are required to have ended
their party, dismissed their guests and removed all party items from the pool and
party area and within
15 minutes of the agreed scheduled ending time.

* All party givers are required to read and agree to the "Pool
Party Guidelines" and the "Pool Party Rules" PDF files located in
the left hand margin of this page before booking your party.

* Party givers assume financial responsibility for any damage that may occur to
WMSC during their scheduled party time.

* Certified life guards will be on duty for all parties.
