WMSC 2010
(Pool Party Guidelines)

*All parties must be scheduled in advance through the Aquatics Director either in
person or by email at brianevans2@bellsouth.net


WMSC Member Parties  (held within regular pool hours)

Parties during regular pool hours are for WMSC members
only:
*
No alcohol, tobacco, seafood products or seeded items (such as watermelon or
sunflower seeds are permitted.) All parties will be held at the Party Pavilion near
the beach volleyball court. (Party members are limited to their agreed upon three
hour period and then after that all guests are to be dismissed.)
No parties may be scheduled on Sundays.

Parties with up to 10 guests may be scheduled for up to three hours
anytime weekdays and on Saturdays.
The discounted guest fee is $4.00 per person.

Parties with between 11-20 guests may be scheduled on weekdays and
Saturdays after 5:00 pm.
The discounted guest fee is $4.00 per person. (Plus a $10 per hour fee for
additional life guards is applied if held after 5:00.)

Private Parties  (after regular pool hours)
WMSC members or non-members may schedule private parties on
Sundays at
6:30 or on most
Tuesdays after 4:00.Parties must be scheduled at least one week
in advance. A maximum of 3 hours is permitted and all parties must be completed
by 10:00 p.m.

Cost: $150 per hour plus an $80 refundable deposit is required for all
parties
 Up to 75 swimming guests are allowed.  An additional fee of $5 for
each swimming guest over 75 is required and is payable when they arrive.
(A maximum of 100 swimming guests is permitted. )

*The $80 refundable deposit is required within 5 days of party booking to hold
reservation
. The complete “Party Fee” of $150 per hour is required at the start of
the scheduled  party time
. The $80 deposit is refunded at the end of the party if the
time limits and other party guidelines have been adhered to. Full deposit refunds
will also given for  rain outs or cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled party.

* Party givers are allowed to begin set up no sooner than 15 minutes before the
agreed scheduled party starting time. Party givers are required to have ended
their party, dismissed their guests and removed all party items from the pool and
party area and within
15 minutes after the agreed scheduled ending time. Failure
to adhere to these time restraints will result in an additional
$40 per (15minute)
period being deducted from the $80 deposit.

* All party givers are required to read and agree to the "Pool
Party Guidelines" and the "Pool Party Rules" PDF files located in
the left hand margin of this page before booking your party.

* Party givers assume responsibility for any damage to WMSC caused by their
guests.
* Certified life guards will be on duty for all parties.
